When you buy a track from ΑΠΛΟ Audio, you get a full commercial licence — meaning you can run it in paid ads, broadcast it on TV and radio, post it on YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and any other platform, in any territory, forever. No annual fees. No royalty invoices. That part is unconditional.

What I retain is the underlying creative authorship. In plain terms: I made the music, and I remain its author. That's standard in every music deal, including major label contracts — the artist always retains moral rights even when they sign everything else away.

What does that mean for you practically? Almost nothing. You can't resell the raw audio files as a music product. You can't re-release the track under your own name as an original composition. But you can use it in every commercial context you'd realistically need it for — which is why you're here.

I can resell the same track.

Here's what you need to know: tracks in the ΑΠΛΟ sample library are pre-made instrumentals that I retain the right to sell to multiple buyers. When you purchase one, you get a commercial licence — but it's non-exclusive. Another agency could buy the same track.

This is the trade-off for the lower price point and instant availability. If you need a sound that's completely yours — one that no other brand will ever run — that's what the Custom by the Producer tier is for. Custom orders are exclusive by default: once your brief is fulfilled, that specific composition is not resold.

For sample library purchases, this doesn't usually matter in practice — the tracks are instrumentals, they're mixed to brief, and two brands in different industries using the same bed rarely creates any real issue. But you should know going in.
